A vibrant and authentic Costa Rican village, Villa Real is the neighbor of our project. The liveliness of Villa Real is centered on a town square, where an elementary school, post office, police station, church, convenience store, restaurants and bars are all located. Once a year this neighborhood is turned into the sight of a civic festival, known as a fiesta. A community favorite, the fiesta includes bull riding, dancing and local food. Villa Real is also home to a weekly farmers market, where one can find the freshest produce at the best prices.
Located just 5 minutes from Tamarindo and at the cross roads of the most affluent developing communities in the region, Villa Real offers easy access to the most popular beaches, golf courses and services the area has to offer. The kind and welcoming town locals will make you feel as though you’ve been living there your entire life.
